The MyRefund Card is a secure, efficient way to receive your Louisiana state income tax refund.

The amount of your refund is determined by the Louisiana Individual Income Tax Return you submitted to the Louisiana Department of Revenue.

If the refund amount on this card is less than you expect, you may still begin using your card immediately. You will be notified by letter of the reason for the adjustment. If additional information indicates that the adjustment is incorrect, your additional refund amount due will arrive on a new card.

Married taxpayers filing jointly will receive two cards drawn from the same account. Remember that all cards drawn on the same account have access to all funds in the account.

• How do I activate the MyRefund card?
Activate your card by calling Chase Customer Service: 1-866-586-1704.
• Will I be charged fees when using the MyRefund card at ATM machines?
No fees apply at Chase and MoneyPass ATM’s. Chase allows one no-fee withdrawal at non-Chase ATMs. Other fees at non-Chase ATMs may apply.
• Will I be charged fees when using the MyRefund card at retail stores?
When using your card at retail locations throughout the U.S., you enjoy unlimited no-fee transactions. There is unlimited no-fee cash back with a purchase at supermarkets and other stores.
• How can I check the balance on the MyRefund card?
Check your balance at www.myaccount.chase.com. You can check your balance for FREE anytime. You can view and download your transaction history for FREE.
• If I am married, filing jointly, will both spouses receive a MyRefund card?

• If I prefer to receive a paper check, rather than the MyRefund card, what should I do?
If you prefer a paper check, you must request one from LDR, BEFORE activating the card, by calling (225) 219-0102. However, you may also use the online bill pay feature at www.myaccount.chase.com to issue a check to yourself for the balance of your MyRefund account.
