Bear this in mind, particularly if you voluntarily are sending us information such as your name, address, social security number, federal employer identification number, or Louisiana tax identification number. We cannot be held liable if your electronic mail is lost, intercepted or misused by others.

LDR does not collect personal information about you unless you voluntarily provide it to us by sending us email, participate in a survey or complete an online form. Your decision not to participate in these activities will not impair your ability to browse the Louisiana Department of Revenue web site and read or download any information provided on the site. If you choose not to use online applications, forms, or services, you still have the ability to contact LDR by mail, fax or telephone.
