To file state individual and business tax returns electronically, you must log into your Louisiana Taxpayer Access Point (LaTAP) account. If you do not have a LaTAP account, you can create one here.

State individual income returns for tax years 2021 and earlier must be filed through the Online Filing application.

Form L-3 to submit copies of informational returns such as W-2, W-2G, 1099-R, and Form R-91001 to submit copies of Form 1099-NEC, can be filed electronically using LaWage.
